Initial Purchase
- If a member never accessed content (no recorded login) we allow the chargeback to stand.
- We will dispute any chargeback where the membership was accessed at least once after purchase.
- This is the same procedure for any ticket regarding member requests for cancellations or refunds (credits).
Re-bills
- If they did not access content after the re-bill date, we allow the chargeback to stand.
- If the member has accessed the content at least once after the re-bill date, we will dispute the chargeback.
- This is the same procedure for any ticket regarding member requests for cancellations or refunds (credits).
We state on our support page that:
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of a chargeback, our processors will comprehensively investigate the transaction. Falsified chargebacks may result in you being added to our processor’s blacklist, which will complicate possibilities of future membership.
