All refund requests are sent to our customer support management to be handled in a case-by-case manner within 30 days of notice. If you request a refund from your bank or card issuer due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, the Billing company at its discretion, to prevent further unauthorized use, may block your account or card from use at all Carnal Media network websites.
This will not however prevent unauthorized use elsewhere, and is not a substitution for your contacting your financial institution to prevent further misuse.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of a chargeback, our processors will comprehensively investigate the transaction. Falsified chargebacks may result in you being added to our processor’s blacklist, which will complicate possibilities of future membership.
