Refunds, Returns & Refund Policy. The Company considers all purchases final when made, except that the Company may approve a refund in the form of a credit on request if exceptional circumstances exist. If you believe exceptional circumstances exist, please email the Company at support@carnalmedia.com and explain the exceptional circumstances that you believe merits a refund. The Company is not making any promise that it will give you a refund. If the Company gives you a refund, the Company will issue the refund in the form of a credit to the credit card you used for your purchase; the Company will not make refunds in the form of cash, check, or free services.

All refund requests are sent to our customer support management to be handled in a case-by-case manner within 30 days of notice. If you request a refund from your bank or card issuer due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, the Billing company at its discretion, to prevent further unauthorized use, may block your account or card from use at all Carnal Media network websites. This will not however prevent unauthorized use elsewhere, and is not a substitution for your contacting your financial institution to prevent further misuse.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of a chargeback, our processors will comprehensively investigate the transaction. Falsified chargebacks may result in you being added to our processor’s blacklist, which will complicate possibilities of future membership.
